Unfold — A Spring Yoga Retreat

After a long winter, we all carry a little extra: tight shoulders, a busy mind, a body that's been folded in on itself for months.
Unfold is a weekend to open back up. It's slow, steady and unhurried: movement, breath and stillness as the season turns toward the light.
You don't need to be flexible or experienced. You just need to come as you are.

The Weekend at a Glance
Friday:
Arrive in the afternoon, settle in, gentle evening practice and dinner together
Saturday:
energising morning & gentle evening practice, rest, sauna and good food
Sunday:
Morning practice, brunch, and home by early afternoon
By Sunday, you'll feel it: shoulders softer, breath deeper, mind a little clearer. Not a quick fix, just a weekend of remembering how good it feels to come home to yourself. Spaces are limited, so it stays small and personal.

- Accommodation: 2 nights in shared twin or triple rooms
- Includes: all meals, all classes and sessions On site: sauna, cold pool, hammocks, and beautiful walks around the property

Final balance due by 16 March 2027 (one month before the retreat)

Free cancellation until 17 January 2027
After this date, your deposit is non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your place to a friend
