Hi Yogis!

My passion for movement and well-being has been a lifelong journey. I discovered yoga in 2014 while working as a fitness instructor and instantly fell in love with the balance it offered — strength and softness, movement and stillness.

In 2018, I travelled to Rishikesh, India, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, an experience that completely transformed the way I understood both yoga and myself. Most recently, in December 2024, I returned to India to complete my 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training in Goa, deepening my knowledge of alignment, energetics, and the philosophy that extends far beyond the mat.

Through my teaching, I encourage students to ground deeply, move with intention, and cultivate both strength and ease — on and off the mat. My classes are an invitation to reconnect with yourself, breathe with awareness, and find stillness even in movement.

I’m also passionate about travel, and I recently created Yoga & Travel Retreats — a project close to my heart that combines mindful practice with the joy of exploring new and beautiful places. These retreats are designed to help you experience the calm and presence of yoga while immersing yourself in the wonder of travel and connection.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me on the mat practicing, at the gym, reading, or traveling — always exploring new ways to move, learn, and stay inspired.
